Paulo Pinto

With 60 years, Tourist and Mountain Guide and Adventure Activity Monitor, with several courses in these areas and Trainer certified, he has already organized more than 300 events in Portugal (continental and islands) and in Europe.

With more than a million kilometers, traveled on the roads of several countries (in various types of vehicles) and from an early age in love with two wheels, he has about 400,000 km, on various types of motorcycle and even in competition, in the National All Terrain Championship.

He made the first big motorcycle trip in 1993, doing the "TransEuropa", for 23 days, going around the entire Mediterranean Sea (except countries belonging to the ancient Soviet Union) and returning through Central Europe.

Chairman of the Motard Group of Bank Atlântico, Clube Tenéré and Clube Trail (T.T. tours), until its extinction, he promoted various events, such as trips, moto-paper's, meetings and concentrations. He is currently the national coordinator of the Motard HONDA NC Group, organizing several tours and trips on national and foreign soil, including the "Tour of Portugal HONDA NC", "Picos da Europa" in Spain, and Morocco, with the support of Honda Motor Portugal.

Mountaineer since adolescence, he also founded and is president of Clube Azimute (www.clubezimute.com.pt), organizing hikes, ascents, adventure trips in Portugal, Islands and abroad. An inveterate explorer and traveller, he has walked through the great mountains, such as the Pyrenees, French and Italian Alps, Bavarian Alps, Swiss Alps, Dinaric Alps, Wicklow Mountains (Ireland), Teide (Canary Islands) or the Fitz Roy, Cerro Torre and Torres del Paine (Argentine and Chilean Patagonia).

Also dedicated to his other passion, he is a musician and composer for the band CATAVENTO, which recently released the CD "estórias & Memórias" www.cata-vento.pt
